BA BistroApps Venue OS

From a restaurant owner to restaurateurs.

BistroApps exists because restaurant software should feel like it was built by someone who has worked a service.

I own restaurants. I know what it feels like when wages, rent, stock, booking systems, phone tools, marketing tools, and staff admin all pull from the same margin.

The short version

I got tired of feeling like a cash machine for software companies. I had the hospitality pressure, the computer science background, and then the AI era made it possible to build useful product faster than before.

BistroApps is the result: practical software for Australian hospitality, built from real venue pressure instead of a generic SaaS playbook.

Restaurant pressure

The product starts from the parts of hospitality that hurt: missed calls, disconnected apps, staff communication, bookings, rosters, and admin after service.

Computer science background

The technical side matters, but it is only useful when it solves the actual problems restaurateurs face every day.

AI made it possible

AI changed what a small operator can build. It made it realistic to connect product ideas, app workflows, and automation quickly enough to test them in real venues.

Why the first 50 restaurants trial free

I do not want to guess from a desk. I want restaurants using the tools, telling me what works, and showing me what should be simpler before pricing gets introduced.

The products have already been trialed in three restaurants over the last month.
The first 50 restaurants help shape the product while trialing selected apps free.
The goal is less software pain, not another disconnected subscription.
The roadmap follows real pressure: Booking, Walkie, SMS, Roster, AI Receptionist, and controlled Screens setup now; payroll and stock when they are ready.
